The Latest F-series Packaging Machine will Showcase at ProPak China 2021
ProPak China 2021, the 27th International Processing and Packaging Exhibition is taking place at the National Exhibition Convention Center Shanghai (NECC) from 23 to 25 June 2021. Provol Packaging Tech. (Cangzhou) Co. Ltd (Hereinafter referred to as Provol) will showcase the newest F-series packaging machine for the first time globally at the booth # 51F30. This time Provol exhibits FF100-4, one of the State of Art F-Series (Flexible Form-Fill-Seal Packaging Machine). FF100-4 has the following obvious features.
· FF100-4 has a patented double-deck structure, integrates pouch forming and product filling. The length of the machine reduces 50% comparing to one-deck structure, therefore FF100-4 has much smaller machine footprint.
· During film unwinding and pouch forming, the film can be connected automatically and film pulling can be controlled precisely, therefore it makes more convenient and stable when connecting and pulling film.
· The machine uses quick-dismounting structure, which ensures easier maintenance & cleaning, and safer.
· The machine is applicable for different products either solid, liquid, granular or powder, the packaging speed is up to 280 pouches per minute, which depends on product properties and filling accuracy.
Among the other F-series machines, FP-430L-I1 (Flexible Pre-made Filling-Sealing machine) has become the best choice for our clients to upgrade and optimize production. FP-430L-I1 has the extra advantages - higher flexibility of changeover and wider range for pouch size and style, in addition to the other general features as the other F-series machines.
· FP-430L-I1 has many unique innovations in terms of quick change-over, continues filling while the hopper is moving, convenient maintenance, low energy consumption and so on.
· FP-430L-I1 is applicable for the pouch size from the minimum 145 (W) x 280 (H) to the maximum 430 (W) x 1000 (L).
· FP-430L-I1 is applicable for packed product weight from 1kg to 20kg.
· The speed is up 20-50 pouches per minute, which depends on product properties and filling accuracy and production requirement.
