SAP has been implemented successfully, which opens the new chapter for digital manufacturing

After a lot of market research and project evaluation in the early stage, the company decided to upgrade the existing ERP system, bring in the world-leading SAP system software, and sign a contract with Ernst & Young, one of the top four accounting firms in the world, to formally implement the S/4HANA Cloud system together. From preliminary project preparation and light consultation, to real-time exploration and implementation in the project process, and to rigorous process deployment and on-line operation, the project took a total of 5 months, finally officially launched on September 1, 2020.
Through the successful launch of the system, the enterprise has established a customer-centric product data system, which supports the business development of the company's full-service supply and further provides customers with clear and visible information sharing throughout the process. The system more comprehensively supports the plan and execution of business process. Through multi-dimensional representation and separation of data, it improves the monitoring and management of product quality system, and defines the improvement direction of deliverable products. At the same time, it also realizes the integration of business and finance, with more mature and standard data sharing and business convergence models among various departments, so as to realize the whole-process management of business flow.
